Anna at Wounded Knee
II
Anna at Wounded Knee II

By Jordan S. Dill, NAV Editor

March 15, 2004

One down, how many more to go?

John Boy and Theda? The Fat Cats yet to be dragged from their lie shrouded holes?

Hey Dennis! Are you proud of Ka-Mook? Better yet, are you proud of yourself?

Two indicted and one to be pulled from the nursing home. Should she not be pulled from there and held to account for matriarchal direction?

Means alleges that it is not "their" fault - the soldiers Arlo and John "Boy" - ...the murder, the rape, the 10 tooth beating. I wonder about this...if given advice by a Woman, an Elder, advice that one knows to be wrong, is one obliged to follow that direction? I would think not.

Fallout

Arlo convicted himself. What else can the guilty do when finally dragged before a jury? Why the "jury?" - why was this necessary? - well, it was necessary because AIMsters failed to belly up to the proverbial bar! Ostrich-like all remained with heads in the sand for 25+ years! Right-on AIMsters. Now your time has come.

Swimming sharks (and their remora hangers-on) allege this first conviction was unjust. This will change nothing. Justice grinds and has, in stage one, been served. Now, the kicking and screaming Fat Cat dragging into the Light commences.

We all need to remember what this is about. It is about an indigenous Woman, a Mother, who was betrayed by indigenous Fat Cats and ravaged by AIM soldiers.

Look at Her in the picture above. See the smile? See the rifle? Think of Rape. Think of 10 teeth being knocked from a Mother's mouth. Think.

???
Lakota woman,
Ka-Mook Nichols,
Yolo Country California, 1982.
( Michelle Vignes)

The same people who let Durham walk away without being held accountable signed and sealed the assassination order for Anna. The same "person(?)," actually. Think. Why was Ka-Mook running? And, who was she running from? Think.

Durham paying his dues

I recently received the following advice regarding Durham:

Your webpage concerning Doug Durham is outdated. He passed away 2/22/04, at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, NV.

He had non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, was being treated for that with chemo. Heart too weak to withstand the chemo, he died from a massive coronary.

I don't know if he was still actually doing any work for the government, he had been living outside of Quartzsite, AZ for the past 3 or 4 years, in an RV park. After he died, a son and I cleaned his motor home out, no weapons of any kind were found. He was well-liked by the community and seemed to live a fairly simple life, although very knowledgeable about world events, etc. He'd been sick since last November and hadn't had much time to do much of anything prior to his death.

His obit appeared in the Las Vegas Review Journal on March 6, 2004:

DURHAM, DOUGLASS

Douglass Frank Durham, 66, of Las Vegas, died Feb. 22, 2004. He was a retired businessman and served in the U.S. Marine Corps, 1956-1959. Services will be held later this month in Galatia, Ill.

Focus, focus, focus

What this all is about is Anna and those who did what they did. Not only the soldiers but the Fat Movement Cats who signed, sealed and delivered Anna's beaten and raped body to the bottom of that bluff:

Pictou-Aquash's body was later exhumed, and a second autopsy was done. That time, Dr. Gary Peterson ordered an X-ray, which showed a bullet.

...the gunshot entered the back of the head on the right side of the base of the neck behind the ear, the bullet crossing the back of the head from right, to center and left alongside the left side of the head, with the bullet ending up in the region of left temporal muscle.

Now, a Tribunal?

Leonard Peltier first called for Indians to seek their own justice in the death of Anna Mae, and now I see Robert Robideau also has called for a tribunal of good and true AIM people to be convened....

Therefore I will join Bob Robideau, Leonard Peltier and members of the American Indian Movement whenever a tribunal is convened to seek justice for Anna Mae....Carter Camp

As I have said before, Peltier (and now Camp) is a day late and a dollar short. What cave have each been sitting in for the last 28 years? No cave for sure - they simply had other things to do/promote. Anna was not a priority.

Now they have the balls (it's a male thing!) to come out of Anna hiding and say they are going to pomp and circumstance for Her?

Camp comes now to the fore in a Tribunal promotion only because the Indigenous Women for Justice have put all the "balls" to shame.

Too late, I say, for you guys. You did not care until the pot was stirred by the Indigenous Women for Justice and the conviction of Arlo.

Nothing you do now will lend credibility to your dollar short and a day late propositions regarding Anna.
